How to place an order?
To place an order simply click on the "SHOP" tab above and it will bring you directly to our online store.
Once in the shop, click on the item you wish to order and it will bring you to our ordering page.
Add items to your cart and proceed through checkout when ready.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for shipment of your order.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation when we process your order and when we send it out for shipping.
Orders ship through USPS First Class and may take 2-5 business days.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If your order arrives damaged, you must e-mail HoneyLabsLLC@Gmail.com Attn: Customer Service, within 24 hours of receiving delivery to notify us of the problem. Please note: These are handmade and are not perfect. Some may have nicks, chips, or scratches. We do not send any out with cracks or fractures in the wood that would cause the product to not function as intended. If we decide that the issue is within warranty then we will request that you send us back the item in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION. We will refund your incurred return shipping and promptly send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item and find it to be a manufactures defect. If you wish to Cancel or Return your order after it has been processed, there will be an 18% additional restocking fee. If you wish to return your order for reasons other than manufacturers defect, you must pay shipping and return shipping charges. Any items that have been used in any way and are not in NEW ORIGINAL CONDITION may not be returned. Refund will be made by credit card refund or store credit only. There will be no cash refunds under any circumstances. Honey Labs LLC maintains an internal warranty policy outside of the parameters stated above (i.e. after initial use) upon manufacturer defects, and maintains the right to uphold that policy at it’s discretion. Honey Labs LLC will evaluate each claim to manufacturer defects on a per product basis. If your product is suffering from what you believe to be a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately at HoneyLabsLLC@Gmail.com. and attach any information regarding your issue. We will promptly respond with a decision on your qualifications for warranty. If we do not feel your product is suffering from a manufacturer defect, and your issue is the result of user error, we will provide whatever repair options we have available. PLEASE NOTE: Once a product is used in any way and is outside the return/cancellation policy parameters as stated above Honey Labs LLC and www.HoneyDabber.org maintain the right to refuse warranty replacement to anyone; Honey Labs LLC maintains discretion in determining the viability of one’s claim to manufacturer defect after initial use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, will we accept any product returned to us that is not in an originally unused state. We ask that you contact us first so that upon receiving documentation and your information, we can dictate cleaning and warranty/repair shipping procedures. Also, when sending information regarding product issue, limit attached media to product only. Do not attach any media including tobacco and/or legal or illegal and illicit substances. That being said, we are fair, we are a company who is very concerned with quality control and product regulation. Our customers are very important to us, and ultimately it is in our best interest to maintain customer satisfaction. We cannot make any general promises in this disclaimer, however, we can state that we will do our absolute best to take care of you and ensure every person receives a quality product built with the utmost integrity.
